Improve your confidence walking in heels with these tips:
Tip 1: WALK YOUR WAY UP
For starters, do not start from a pair of 6 stilettoes, instead go for something mid-height
Tip 2: THICK HEELS
The thicker the heels, the easier it is to walk on it. Choose thicker, sturdier heels which will give the foot more stability and give more confidence.
Tip 3: FITTING SHOES
If the shoe fits, there's no substitute for shoes that fit perfectly
Tip 4: NEW SHOES
Never wear new shoes without breaking them in. You can walk in it around the house while cleaning, to get used to it.
Tip 5: CONTACT WITH THE GROUND
When walking in them, place your heel on the ground first, to come in contact with the ground, followed by the rest of the foot.
